Shipping policy

Delivery Timeframes

We currently estimate delivery within 5–15 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options via Royal Mail:

• Standard Shipping – FREE: Delivery estimated within 2–4 working days from dispatch.

• Express Shipping – £2.20: Delivery estimated within 1–2 working days from dispatch.

Note: Working days refer to Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Dispatch Time

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Standard Shipping does not include tracking. If you'd like tracking, please select Express Shipping at checkout.

Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, we rely on Royal Mail for timely delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an extra 2 working days before contacting us.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ArtisanSummer is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
